What you will do
- Design or refine the 0–90 day onboarding framework across all GTM customer-facing roles.
- Define learning pathways, readiness milestones, and certification checkpoints.
- Establish ramp metrics and instrumentation to measure onboarding effectiveness.
- Lead and develop a team of onboarding program managers and facilitators.
- Partner with Sales leadership, Product teams, Recruiting, and RevOps to align onboarding with GTM priorities.
- Implement AI-assisted workflows and tools to modernize onboarding delivery and operations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in GTM enablement, onboarding, sales readiness, learning design, or related roles.
- Experience designing onboarding or ramp programs for customer-facing teams.
- Strong program design and program management skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally across sales, product, and operations teams.
- Ability to define metrics and measurement frameworks for onboarding effectiveness.
- Willingness to work from our San Francisco office
Nice to have
- Experience scaling onboarding programs in high-growth SaaS or technology companies.
- Experience supporting roles such as sales, technical sales, partnerships, or customer success.
- Experience managing or mentoring enablement or program teams.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms, enablement tooling, or onboarding program systems.
- Experience using AI tools to improve workflows or learning programs.
