Talent Management Partner, Performance (Fintech): Leading the strategy and execution of performance management at , focusing on setting expectations, assessing performance, and recognizing impact. Location: This role is based in our Chicago, IL, Menlo Park, CA, and New York, NY offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.
Salary: $113,000 - $170,000 USD (based on location)

What you will do
- Lead the strategy and execution of performance reviews, talent reviews, succession planning, and feedback practices.
- Build systems and tools to make performance management data-driven and high-impact.
- Pioneer the use of AI in performance management to streamline workflows and deliver actionable feedback at scale.
- Partner with leaders to strengthen a high-performance culture.
- Translate complex ideas into clear guidance and resources.
Requirements
- 6-8+ years of experience in program management, with at least 5 years owning performance strategy at a global level.
- Strong organization skills and ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
- Ability to build out strategy and execute programs seamlessly.
- Excellent cross-functional skills and ability to align stakeholders.
