Salary: $113,000 - $170,000 USD (based on location)

• Build systems and tools to make performance management data-driven and high-impact.
• Pioneer the use of AI in performance management to streamline workflows and deliver actionable feedback at scale.
• Partner with leaders to strengthen a high-performance culture.
• Translate complex ideas into clear guidance and resources.

Requirements

• 6-8+ years of experience in program management, with at least 5 years owning performance strategy at a global level.
• Strong organization skills and ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
• Ability to build out strategy and execute programs seamlessly.
• Excellent cross-functional skills and ability to align stakeholders.
