What you will do
- Coordinate and facilitate weekly new hire onboarding sessions and employee skills training.
- Maintain and update onboarding content, ensuring accuracy and alignment with evolving business needs.
- Manage program communications and scheduling for leadership and ongoing development initiatives.
- Track learner progress, monitor HR reports for newly promoted managers, and ensure completion of required training.
- Generate and analyze compliance reports, communicating status updates to department heads.
- Support instructional design efforts and create custom learning content to meet organizational needs.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in training, learning and development, or talent acquisition.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across multiple departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel for reporting and coordination.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and willingness to suggest process improvements.
- Must be based in the United States and eligible to work without visa sponsorship.
- Ability to work in a hybrid capacity from Austin, TX or Oldsmar, FL.
Nice to have
- Experience with WorkRamp or other Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Knowledge of instructional design principles.
- Degree in Communications, Business Administration, Education, or HR.
