What you will do
- Target and secure new business opportunities across merchants, banks, and fintech partners.
- Manage the full sales pipeline from initial lead generation through to final deal closure.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for advanced payment technology solutions.
- Lead commercial negotiations including pricing and contract agreements.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and compliance teams to deliver client-specific solutions.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences and networking events.
Requirements
- Strong background in business development, strategic partnerships, or account management.
- Solid understanding of payment processing, digital payment solutions, and fintech industry trends.
- Proven ability to conduct market research and data analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Ability to work from the Dubai office on a hybrid basis.
Nice to have
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
