What you will do

• Build and grow hirify.global’s brand presence in the US with consistent positioning and messaging.
• Manage and execute a pipeline of customer stories to drive advocacy and loyalty.
• Develop regional marketing strategies and campaign plans targeting awareness, engagement, and pipeline contribution.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, content, and in-person channels.
• Collaborate with US Growth team to align marketing initiatives with pipeline and acquisition goals.
• Track and analyze marketing performance to optimize future programs.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in New York City, USA (onsite)
• 4-6 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or technology sectors.
• Strong creative instincts with ability to execute quickly and precisely.
• Experience supporting events, sponsorships, or regional campaigns.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable collaborating across functions and regions in a fast-paced environment.
