Intern Business Development

TL;DR

Intern Business Development (Business Analytics): Support and drive business development initiatives within the Stores business unit in a startup-like environment. With an accent on project management, data analysis including AI, and strategic planning. Focus on coordinating cross-functional projects, enabling fact-based decisions, and collaborating with retail and internal teams.

Location: Munich, Germany with a flexible hybrid setup (ideally 3 office days per week)

What you will do

• Support diverse business development topics including expansion, strategic planning, operations, and logistics
• Own and drive small to medium projects coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis leveraging AI where relevant
• Support Retail Store team members with project-based tasks such as store openings and training
• Collaborate closely with Retail Store Managers, Head of Stores, and cross-functional teams

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Munich, Germany
• University degree in progress (bachelor’s or master’s)
• First professional experience ideally in consulting or business development/operations
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to manage projects independently
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
