What you will do

• Drive requirements excellence by documenting business, stakeholder, and functional needs through workshops and reviews.
• Create high-quality documentation including BRDs, SRS/FRS specifications, and user stories.
• Model system processes using UML and BPMN diagrams to ensure clear communication.
• Lead stakeholder engagement to validate requirements, resolve ambiguities, and challenge assumptions.
• Manage change throughout the SDLC to maintain traceability and product alignment.
• Facilitate validation activities and participate in functional reviews to ensure complete and consistent outcomes.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in the full software development lifecycle within agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer in a product-focused environment.
• Ability to define functional and non-functional requirements with technical clarity.
• Advanced documentation skills including proficiency in BRDs, SRS, and FRS.
• Strong modeling skills using UML, BPMN, and standard analysis techniques.
• Experience with analysis methods such as SWOT, RACI, and stakeholder workshop facilitation.
