Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience, preferably as an external organizational change management consultant.
• Proven track record of delivering successful transformational change consulting engagements at international corporations.
• Experience with implementing leading technology platforms like SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, SuccessFactors, MS365, ServiceNow, or Informatica.
• MBA/MSc in Business Administration, Economics, Organization Psychology, or Behavioral Science.
• Change Management Certified Professional (e.g., PROSCI or ACMP).
• Holds an EU passport and is fluent in English and German.
