What you will do

• Monitor and analyze user behavior and system usage to identify patterns, issues, and opportunities for improvement
• Track bugs and pain points with tech teams to prioritize fixes and enhancements
• Partner with project managers to improve user training and onboarding
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and differentiation opportunities
• Develop dashboards, reports, and processes to continuously track user engagement and feedback
• Collaborate cross-functionally to incorporate insights into product and customer experience improvements

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Berlin, Germany
• 2–5 years experience in product analytics, user research, market intelligence, or business analysis, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Experience with user tracking, analytics tools, dashboards, and reporting
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
