What you will do
- Conduct comprehensive audits of current toolsets to identify redundancies and integration gaps.
- Design a cohesive systems architecture where data flows seamlessly between marketing, sales, and customer success tools.
- Lead the evaluation process for new technology through rigorous A/B comparisons and pilot programs.
- Partner with finance/legal to manage renewals and negotiate favorable terms.
- Oversee the technical integration of tools into Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and reporting accuracy.
- Ensure all GTM tools meet security standards and compliance requirements (SOC2, HIPAA, etc.).
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Systems Administration in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Deep administrative experience with Salesforce (Admin cert preferred) and the modern GTM stack.
- Proven experience running vendor evaluations and articulating why a tool switch is necessary using data.
- Strong ability to manage complex implementations involving multiple stakeholders (IT, Finance, Sales, Enablement).
- Technical Aptitude: Understand API integrations, data mapping, and workflow automation.
Nice to have
- Experience consolidating duplicate instances of tools (e.g., M&A integration).
- Experience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) tools.
- Experience in Healthtech or Fintech environments.
