What you will do

  • Lead and mentor Enterprise Account Executives to achieve quota.
  • Build and drive new go-to-market plans to meet company growth goals.
  • Drive strategic deals and accounts to six-figure and seven-figure victories.
  • Provide strategic executive leadership for sales forecasting and sales mentorship.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive intelligence.
  • Be responsible for regional customer happiness and renewals.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree is required.
  • 5+ years of confirmed experience as a Sales Leader selling enterprise application software.
  • Knowledge of SaaS/Cloud/Application Performance Monitoring space.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice to have

  • Demonstrated Enterprise account sales leadership experience and track record of success.
  • Ability to build and lead a sales team, including quota-carrying and forecasting experience.
  • Excellent cross-organization partnership and communication skills.
  • Experience devising sales strategy and supplying to enablement programs.
