Location: Hybrid, 3 days in office in Charlotte, NC

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end builds and manage milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate across technology, business, SMEs, and leadership.
• Translate complex discussions into clear execution plans and success criteria.
• Drive consistent communication, documentation, training, and adoption.
• Ensure migrations are delivered on time and risks are surfaced early.
• Embed new processes and tools into business as usual.

Requirements

• Program & project management (multi-workstream delivery).
• Risk, issue, dependency, and timeline management.
• Cross-functional stakeholder coordination.
• Executive communication & storytelling.
• Large-scale migration & re-engineering support.
• Familiarity with Agile / hybrid / waterfall delivery.
