Salary: $153,100–$207,000

What you will do

• Own delivery of multi-year, mission-critical programs spanning multiple engineering teams and technical domains
• Define program strategy and execution in partnership with senior product and engineering leadership
• Lead initiatives in ambiguous environments by establishing clarity, structure, and execution models
• Identify and resolve systemic, cross-organizational risks and dependencies
• Develop and institutionalize organization-wide program management frameworks and governance
• Mentor and coach Staff and Senior TPMs to elevate execution excellence

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years leading complex, cross-organizational technical programs
• Proven experience delivering software at scale to millions of users
• Strong architectural literacy and ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
• Exceptional executive-level communication and decision framing skills
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

Nice to have

• Experience with automation and AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini
