Salary: $134,100–$169,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Drive strategic large-scale engagements and lead program resources to ensure project success.
• Manage triage, prioritization, and implementation of projects using JIRA; coordinate engineering resources.
• Anticipate risks and influence strategy and prioritization across teams.
• Establish partnerships across technical leads and stakeholders for end-to-end content platform delivery.
• Coordinate roadmap execution for platform changes including AWS and on-premise systems supporting live workflows and content management.
• Lead cross-functional communications, change management, and program reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years managing large-scale programs in broadcast, media infrastructure, cloud/on-premise operations, and consumer apps.
• Minimum 5 years senior program management experience with executive leadership alignment.
• Strong architecture literacy and experience with Agile methodologies.
• Experience with automation and AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini.
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
