Salary: $147,760 - $221,640 (yearly)

What you will do

• Evolve operating models to optimize scaled Agile delivery across complex, cross-functional workstreams, driving transparency and continuous improvement.
• Lead program-level governance forums, ensuring clear decision-making and alignment across business, technical, and partner organizations.
• Establish, maintain, and enforce PMO reporting standards, including status reporting, RAID management, milestones, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Define and monitor adherence to best practices for project management and Scrum execution.
• Standardize and govern the usage of ADO and other delivery tools, ensuring consistent backlog hygiene, workflow alignment, and traceability.
• Develop and lead a high-performing team of Project Managers and Scrum Masters through coaching, feedback, and clear expectations.

Requirements

• Knowledge of decision-making processes and tools, with the ability to analyze situations and reach productive decisions.
• Experience using leadership strategies and skills to achieve objectives.
• Expertise in both project management and agile delivery, including defining expectations and coaching teams.
• Thorough understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experience applying Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe).
• Mastery of delivery tools including Azure DevOps, SharePoint, reporting dashboards, and RAID management tools.
• Demonstrated success leading program governance, including decision-making structures and reporting rhythms across complex, multi-partner programs.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills, able to influence leaders and drive alignment.
• Must be able to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
