What you will do

• Evolve operating model to optimize scaled Agile delivery across complex, cross-functional workstreams.
• Lead program-level governance forums ensuring clear decision-making and alignment across business and technical teams.
• Establish and enforce PMO reporting standards including status reporting, RAID management, and KPIs.
• Standardize and govern delivery tools usage such as Azure DevOps and ensure consistent backlog hygiene.
• Develop and lead a high-performing team of Project Managers and Scrum Masters through coaching and clear expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement by creating scalable delivery processes and operational rhythms.

Requirements

• Must be located onsite in Chicago, Peoria, or Irving, United States.
• Strong knowledge of program and project management, including Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and SDLC.
• Experience with delivery tools like Azure DevOps, SharePoint, and reporting dashboards.
• Proven leadership skills with ability to coach teams and drive program governance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Visa sponsorship is not available; candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
