What you will do

  • Own and execute the account strategy to identify and win design opportunities across NXP’s product portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers in customer engineering, executive teams, and purchasing.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams within NXP and with customers to drive roadmap alignment and business growth.
  • Develop negotiation strategies and close deals to meet business objectives.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain visibility of opportunity progression using internal systems.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in San Jose, California, USA
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Computer Science Engineering.
  • 10+ years of focused account management experience, preferably in semiconductor sales.
  • Experience managing global major accounts, especially in data center and robotics markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with strong self-motivation.
