Salary: $122,300.00 - $218,550.00 USD

What you will do

• Set and evolve the global thought leadership strategy across AI, agentic automation, cloud transformation, Firm Intelligence, and the future of the profession.
• Own the Future Ready Accountant global research program, shaping its direction, insights, and global relevance.
• Act as a strategic steward of the CCH global brand , guiding its evolution, relevance, and long-term equity.
• Serve as a senior writer and thought partner to the VP of Branding & Communications on executive narrative development.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in strategic communications, thought leadership, brand strategy, or executive communications.
• Proven success leading narrative-driven initiatives in a global, matrixed organization.
• Strong portfolio of senior-level strategic writing (reports, speeches, narratives, brand storytelling).
• Fluency using AI to support research, content development, and narrative refinement.
• Ability to write and structure content for clarity and discoverability in AI-powered environments.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams across regions.
