What you will do
- Define and own the internal communications strategy and roadmap for company-wide moments.
- Establish standards for internal channels including Slack, email, all-hands, and intranets.
- Translate leadership direction into clear, compelling narratives regarding strategy and product.
- Design and facilitate company-wide events like town halls, all-hands, and AMAs.
- Monitor employee sentiment and engagement signals to surface issues early.
- Partner with the People and Marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in communications within fast-changing, complex, and global environments.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to distill complex information.
- Strong point of view on digital, social, and community-driven communication tactics.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively in a distributed organization.
- Must have US work authorization.
- Strong relationship-building skills to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
Nice to have
- Background in social media, community management, or content-focused roles.
- Experience using AI tools to experiment with new communication capabilities.
- Familiarity with measuring participation and engagement metrics to improve effectiveness.
