What you will do

• Develop and execute PR strategies to build awareness and credibility across key audiences.
• Secure consistent national and regional media coverage to elevate hirify.global’s profile.
• Position executives and internal experts as thought leaders.
• Manage a part-time PR contractor and full-time content marketer.
• Lead the day-to-day management of owned social accounts like LinkedIn.
• Identify and implement AI-powered tools to streamline workflows and enable PR/comms.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in PR and Communications, with a mix of agency and in-house experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success driving brand visibility and reputation through earned media and thought leadership.
• Established media relationships across business, technology, and local press.
• Strong cross-functional collaborator who can navigate complex organizations.
• Exceptional writer and editor capable of crafting compelling narratives.
