What you will do

• Manage social media presences for studio executives and developers across platforms like X, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
• Draft, edit, and refine content that authentically reflects individual voices while maintaining studio values.
• Develop strategies to highlight developer insights, creative processes, and behind-the-scenes narratives.
• Monitor community sentiment and conversations to provide actionable qualitative feedback to leadership.
• Coordinate content calendars to align with major studio announcements and industry cultural moments.
• Advise stakeholders on brand-safe community responses and best practices for online engagement.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in social media or communications within online communities.
• Proven social copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone for diverse professional personas.
• Experience interpreting engagement and sentiment data to inform communication strategies.
• Ability to exercise high levels of editorial judgment and discretion when representing executives.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have existing authorization to work in the United States.
