TL;DR

Account Manager (Biopharma Data): Working with customers to renew existing business and grow the company's footprint by upselling managed services and additional data/products. Focus on strategic support and guidance, leading to increased customer satisfaction and retention.

Location: United States. Some roles can be performed from anywhere in the country, others are scoped to a specific region, and some are based near one of our hubs in San Francisco, New York City, and Chicago.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 USD

What you will do

  • Provide strategic support and guidance on key deliverables and customer requests.
  • Manage engagement scope and contracting for managed services and renewals.
  • Collaborate with Customer Enablement, Product, and Analytics teams to ensure customer objectives are met and value/ROI is documented.
  • Communicate the value delivered and ROI for renewals and existing business.
  • Prepare for and lead QBRs.
  • Proactively educate stakeholders on new services and product features.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in the biopharma or health technology industry, with 3+ years in a client-facing role.
  • Experience in sales or delivery of data/software/consulting services to Life Sciences customers.
  • Effective communication and storytelling skills.
  • Data analysis skills and a passion for leveraging data to generate insights.
  • Impeccable project management skills and the ability to influence without authority.
  • Extensive experience with structuring client deliverables in PowerPoint/G-Slides, Word, Excel.
