What you will do
- Lead the full sales cycle, including prospecting, analysis, solution positioning, contracting, and closing.
- Manage revenue streams with existing mortgage clients, driving account penetration to exceed revenue targets.
- Be a strategic advisor to client executives, understanding their business model and identifying areas where hirify.global can support.
- Partner with clients to introduce new hirify.global capabilities that improve workflow, risk management, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with product, sales engineering, marketing, and implementation teams to deliver high‑quality client experiences.
- Stay current on mortgage industry trends, regulatory changes, and digital‑lending innovations.
Requirements
- BS/BA Degree
- 10+ years of experience within the mortgage industry and information services sector, with understanding of solutions across the mortgage lifecycle.
- Experience selling credit bureau or verification solutions.
- Established relationships with top mortgage lenders and servicers.
- Familiarity with LOS/POS platforms, credit and verification workflows, and industry integrations.
- Willingness to travel
