What you will do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnerships strategy aligned with company goals, including channel, technology, and ecosystem partners.
- Drive incremental revenue through partner channels by developing go-to-market strategies and co-marketing activities.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of partner relationships, from onboarding to ongoing management.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment between partnership initiatives and company objectives.
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of partnerships, including pipeline growth and partner-generated revenue.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in partnerships roles within payments, SaaS, or enterprise tech.
- Ability to analyze partner performance data and track referral/reporting metrics.
- Deep understanding of payments partner ecosystem and GTM models.
- Strong ability to influence and work across executive stakeholders, partner sales, and technical teams.
- Excellent business development, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Must be in US.
