Location: Flexible/Remote (within the US)

Salary Range: $200,000 - $230,000

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnerships strategy aligned with company goals, including channel, technology, and ecosystem partners.
  • Drive incremental revenue through partner channels by developing go-to-market strategies and co-marketing activities.
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of partner relationships, from onboarding to ongoing management.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment between partnership initiatives and company objectives.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of partnerships, including pipeline growth and partner-generated revenue.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in partnerships roles within payments, SaaS, or enterprise tech.
  • Ability to analyze partner performance data and track referral/reporting metrics.
  • Deep understanding of payments partner ecosystem and GTM models.
  • Strong ability to influence and work across executive stakeholders, partner sales, and technical teams.
  • Excellent business development, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Must be in US.
