TL;DR

Account Representative (SMB): Managing existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities to grow revenue and market share by selling Ingram's products and services. Focus on building executive-level relationships with strategic accounts to support long-term organizational success.

Location: Hybrid in Buffalo, NY or Scottsdale, AZ, with two remote workdays per week.

Salary: USD $44,500.00 - $75,600.00 per year.

What you will do

  • Manage assigned existing accounts to enhance reseller go-to-market growth, initiatives, and strategies.
  • Generate revenue, drive profit, and advance market share by selling Ingram's products, programs, and services.
  • Maintain contact with accounts at a high, executive level, focusing on the strategic nature of the relationship.
  • Focus on account support within the territory that is of significant strategic importance to the long-term success of the organization.
  • Execute tactical selling.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma (or equivalent) required; a bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of previous sales/customer service experience (preferably in a related industry) or one year of technology or distribution experience in a sales, support, or customer service capacity.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate selling skills necessary to identify opportunities, position solutions, and close deals.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills and problem-solving agility.
  • Moderate knowledge of Excel and Word.
  • Ability to travel when requested.
