What you will do
- Own and manage a territory of estate agent customers across Northern Ireland.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Conduct regular in-person customer meetings and account reviews.
- Drive product adoption and identify upsell opportunities.
- Deliver product demos, onboarding sessions, and performance insights.
- Maintain a structured pipeline and account plan within CRM.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, or sales.
- Strong commercial instincts and consultative selling ability.
- Confident communicator comfortable working with business owners.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage a regional territory.
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel across NI.
