What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives and Creative Strategists to develop insight-driven digital campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, provide actionable recommendations, and drive measurable ROI.
• Educate brands and agencies on advertising products, best practices, and bespoke campaign optimizations.
• Increase engagement with self-service platforms and auction-based advertising tools.
• Manage complex cross-functional work streams and projects across internal and external stakeholders.
• Serve as a product expert, providing technical support and real-time analysis to clients.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the digital media industry, focusing on performance marketing, ad-tech, or programmatic marketplaces.
• Fluency in Russian and Ukrainian languages is mandatory.
• Proven track record of delivering on sales quotas.
• Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel.
• Established relationships with client decision-makers and brand marketers in the category.
• Ability to work in the London office 4+ days per week.
