Salary: $98,853 – $158,500

What you will do

• Lead the planning, execution, governance, and delivery of large-scale business and technology transformation programs.
• Develop and manage integrated program plans, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
• Apply project and change management best practices to drive adoption and reduce delivery risk.
• Partner with client executives to align program objectives with strategic priorities.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying operational efficiencies and optimizing delivery processes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in project or program management within consulting, transformation, or enterprise change environments.
• Proven track record leading large, complex, multi-workstream transformation engagements.
• Strong command of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, risk mitigation, and executive communication.
• Experience driving readiness activities across people, process, technology, and operational workstreams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.

Nice to have

• Consulting experience with Fortune 500 clients or within large global organizations.
• PMP, PgMP, Prosci, Agile, or other relevant certifications.
• Experience with digital transformation, process reengineering, or enterprise portfolio management.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
