Salary: $109,000 - $119,900 per year

What you will do

  • Lead and manage cross-functional Risk & Insurance projects with clear deadlines and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including Customer Success, Sales, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Product.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, conduct status meetings, and communicate updates.
  • Identify and mitigate risks proactively, proposing contingency plans as needed.
  • Lead post-mortems to capture lessons learned and improve future projects.
  • Produce project documentation, training materials, and presentations.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in New York, USA or able to work hybrid from this location.
  • 3-5 years of project management or operations experience, preferably in PEO, Insurance, or tech-driven environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic Excel and/or SQL knowledge.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Confluence and Jira.
  • Agile, CAPM, or PMP certification preferred.
