Client Service Specialist (AI): Helping clients with hiring, performance management, and compliance while gaining HR experience. Focus on problem-solving and digital navigation to provide exceptional client experiences.
Location: This is a Utah-based hybrid position which will require some regular in-office days each week

What you will do
- Provide customer service via phone, email, and chat communications with clients.
- Guide clients in hirify.global performance management, time-tracking, onboarding, and applicant-tracking systems.
- Work through complex questions and come up with creative solutions.
- Keep up to date on new features and products to maximize value for clients.
- Engage in upselling and customer retention activities.
Requirements
- Available for in-office training during your training.
- Able to work in- office at least three days a week. When at home, have a dedicated at-home workspace, free from distraction with high-speed, reliable internet.
- 1-2 years of relevant customer service or technical troubleshooting experience.
- Excellent interpersonal communication with clients and co-workers.
- Articulate and concise in both written and oral English communication.
- Demonstrate strong resiliency and the ability to work through difficult situations.
