Location: This is a Utah-based hybrid position which will require some regular in-office days each week

What you will do

• Provide customer service via phone, email, and chat communications with clients.
• Guide clients in hirify.global performance management, time-tracking, onboarding, and applicant-tracking systems.
• Work through complex questions and come up with creative solutions.
• Keep up to date on new features and products to maximize value for clients.
• Engage in upselling and customer retention activities.

Requirements

• Available for in-office training during your training.
• Able to work in- office at least three days a week. When at home, have a dedicated at-home workspace, free from distraction with high-speed, reliable internet.
• 1-2 years of relevant customer service or technical troubleshooting experience.
• Excellent interpersonal communication with clients and co-workers.
• Articulate and concise in both written and oral English communication.
• Demonstrate strong resiliency and the ability to work through difficult situations.
