Client Experience Manager: Creating positive client experiences and advocating for client interests within the organization with an accent on customer engagement, product adoption, and needs assessment. Focus on driving client loyalty, reducing churn, and improving Net Revenue Retention (NRR) through data analysis and strategic initiatives.
Location: Hybrid in El Segundo, CA, with office days on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and the flexibility to work from home on Monday and Friday.
Salary: $75,000 to $80,000 annually

What you will do
- Develop a thorough understanding of hirify.global's product offering and roadmap.
- Act as a critical connection point between hirify.global and the customer.
- Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
- Develop and execute strategies to reduce client churn and retain existing clients.
- Monitor and analyze client data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Drive special projects and initiatives in relation to corporate strategy and customer engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communication, project management, or a related field required.
- Minimum 3 years in a customer service, account manager, success, or similar role with demonstrated record of success.
- Demonstrates strong ability to understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Comfortable training & interacting with clients at all levels of an organization remotely or in-person.
- Strong prioritization, organizational, and time management skills.
- Prior experience with CRM systems.
