What you will do

• Support financial analysis and presentation development for M&A acquisition opportunities.
• Conduct financial analysis of the existing investment portfolio.
• Produce monthly reports for governance committees and maintain presentation materials.
• Manage and update the M&A pipeline CRM and internal filing systems.
• Assist with the administration of multiple simultaneous transactions, including drafting formal documentation.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders during meetings and project execution.

Requirements

• Experience working within financial services.
• Proven experience working within an M&A team.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple workloads.
• Adaptability to change and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team-player mindset.
