• Work with clients to understand their needs and match them with experts from various specialties within the talent network.
• Manage client expectations effectively throughout the matching process.
• Write engaging job descriptions to attract top talent.
• Introduce talent to clients, showcasing their experience and relevance to business needs.
• Collaborate with other teams to capitalize on opportunities and resolve engagement issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Full-time availability during US CST, MST, or PST working hours.
• 5+ years of experience operating in complex environments with expertise in at least two of Design, Marketing, Product Management, or Management Consulting.
• Solid understanding of how initiatives progress from discovery through execution.
• Excellent communication, relationship development, and emotional intelligence skills.
• Resumes and communication must be submitted in English.
