Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)

Salary: $160,000 - $190,000 a year

What you will do

• Lead project teams to deploy solutions on the ServiceNow platform and manage complex programs.
• Lead the architecture and design of complex solutions and integration design sessions.
• Conduct client demos, working sessions, and workshops as a process and technical expert.
• Provide thought leadership to hirify.global and its customers, generating differentiated marketing content.
• Craft innovative and high-impact solutions for complex client programs, relying on large teams to implement.
• Drive consensus with customers in solving complex solutions and contribute to projects addressing future concepts and technologies.

Requirements

• Subject matter expert on the ServiceNow platform (ITSM/ITOM preferred).
• Expert knowledge of at least two process areas within the ServiceNow platform and strong integration skills with third-party tools.
• Expert-level development skills on the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong presentation, communication, and project management skills.
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail.
• Able to travel at least 25%.
