hirify.global continues to expand the team and is looking for a Junior Technical Content Operations Specialist.

What you will do

• Take full ownership of the Content Management System (CMS), utilizing HTML to structure, format, and optimize technical content and layouts across the platform.
• Manage the frontend visual layer, including the strategic placement.
• Oversee the lifecycle of digital assets and software modules (activation, deactivation, sorting, and integration).
• Maintain and update product categories, manage metadata, and optimize asset sets based on product team requirements.
• Manage and create locale-specific content packages to ensure proper platform localization for various regions.
• Promptly diagnose, localize, and resolve technical issues, bugs, and platform glitches on the first line of support.

Requirements

• Basic IT and software knowledge.
• English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
• Strong stress resistance and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks.
• Team player with strong collaboration skills.
