Salary: $180,000 — $247,500 USD

What you will do

• Lead post-technical win account strategy and execution plans for strategic Public Sector customers.
• Serve as the technical lead for multiple use cases and customers, ensuring onboarding, enablement, and healthy consumption of hirify.global workloads.
• Coordinate internal teams including Professional Services, Product, and Engineering to accelerate product adoption and delivery.
• Manage escalations and act as first technical contact for production issues.
• Develop and execute comprehensive plans covering use case progression, user growth, product adoption, and governance.
• Provide KPI reporting and updates on customer health and investment status to leadership.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required due to Public Sector client support
• 5+ years accountable for technical project/program delivery in Data and AI domains.
• Experience with Python, SQL, or Scala programming.
• Customer-facing experience in pre-sales, technical architecture, consulting, or customer success roles.
• Strong understanding of distributed data systems and solution architecture.
• Ability to travel up to 30% as needed.
