What you will do

• Manage a team of engineers, supporting their career growth and day-to-day execution.
• Provide technical leadership, guiding the team in architecture, design, and code reviews.
• Drive the planning, execution, and success of technical projects.
• Collaborate with engineers and tech leads to understand pain points and deliver tools that improve productivity and consistency.
• Champion best practices in implementation of scalable CI/CD systems and practices to support a fast, secure, and reliable release process.
• Work closely with recruiting to attract and hire top-tier engineering talent.

Requirements

• 4+ years of team leadership and/or management experience in technical teams.
• 5+ years of software development experience in engineering or platform/tooling roles.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
• Good knowledge of cloud-native technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker) and modern software architecture.
• A passion for improving engineering workflows and reducing developer friction.
• Excellent English skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in fast-paced environments with evolving requirements.
• Experience working with Generative AI (GenAI) tools is a plus.
• Strong skills in leadership, adaptability, and problem-solving.
