What you will do

• Lead large cross-team projects and drive them to production
• Contribute to quarterly planning and roadmap definition
• Review feature designs ensuring non-functional requirements are met
• Oversee technical debt management and incident handling
• Hire, evaluate, and motivate team members
• Build cross-team and cross-functional collaboration to increase efficiency

Requirements

• 6+ years of backend engineering experience with at least 2 years in Golang
• 2+ years as an Engineering Manager in fintech or e-commerce
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform, GitLab, and microservices
• Strong English communication skills
• Fully remote work capability

• Experience integrating third-party APIs
• Passion for writing clean, testable, and maintainable code
