What you will do

Use case discovery.
Requirements engineering.
Create dialog flows and scripts.
Define intents and user journeys.
Lead conversation design workshops.
Develop assistant personas.

Requirements

3+ years conversation/UX design
Strong English communication skills
Experience in multimodal user experience
Understanding of NLU/NLP concepts
Understanding of Large-Language-Models and prompting
