Location: Must be based in London, UK (Hybrid model).

What you will do

  • Lead the creation of scalable, impactful, and user-centered loyalty designs across multiple platforms.
  • Collaborate with product managers, marketing, researchers, and engineers to translate insights into actionable design solutions.
  • Advocate for human-centered product strategy and drive experience roadmaps aligned with business vision.
  • Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of inclusivity, accessibility, and creative problem-solving.
  • Develop and maintain modular design systems and reusable components for large-scale delivery.
  • Integrate AI/ML-enabled solutions to improve traveler engagement and innovative product outcomes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional experience in user experience design.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong expertise in information architecture, facilitation, and designing within technical constraints.
  • Proven experience designing across native (iOS, Android) and web environments.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
  • Ability to present design strategy to executive leadership.

Nice to have

  • Deep knowledge of accessibility compliance and assistive technologies.
  • Experience leading large, complex projects in global, matrixed organizations.
  • Familiarity with applying AI/ML concepts to real-world customer experience products.
