What you will do

• Tackle complex product challenges and brainstorm creative solutions.
• Shape experience strategy and roadmap, balancing traveler needs.
• Build compelling visions for traveler experiences and determine how to measure success.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to identify opportunities for helping travelers connect with products.
• Create user interactions that travelers love and drive real business results.
• Mentor other designers and enhance accessibility and inclusivity for diverse user needs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of related professional experience.
• Strong expertise in facilitation, information architecture, and technical platform constraints.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience or related field.
• Experience designing across platforms, including native (iOS, Android) and web.
• Experience presenting design work and strategy to executive leadership.
• Experience in leading and facilitating experience vision and design thinking workshops.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 AA standards).
• Experience mentoring junior designers and contributing to team growth and development.
