Location: Must be based in London, UK (Hybrid model).

What you will do
- Lead the creation of scalable, impactful, and user-centered loyalty designs across multiple platforms.
- Collaborate with product managers, marketing, researchers, and engineers to translate insights into actionable design solutions.
- Advocate for human-centered product strategy and drive experience roadmaps aligned with business vision.
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of inclusivity, accessibility, and creative problem-solving.
- Develop and maintain modular design systems and reusable components for large-scale delivery.
- Integrate AI/ML-enabled solutions to improve traveler engagement and innovative product outcomes.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in user experience design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong expertise in information architecture, facilitation, and designing within technical constraints.
- Proven experience designing across native (iOS, Android) and web environments.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
- Ability to present design strategy to executive leadership.
Nice to have
- Deep knowledge of accessibility compliance and assistive technologies.
- Experience leading large, complex projects in global, matrixed organizations.
- Familiarity with applying AI/ML concepts to real-world customer experience products.
