- Design high-quality email creative across leads, customers, and paused users.
- Balance brand storytelling with clarity, usability and performance.
- Collaborate with CRM managers and copywriters from brief to delivery.
- Build and evolve global templates, modules and design systems.
- Partner with CRM team to drive email performance (CTR and conversions).
- Work across CRM and wider digital ecosystem with marketing teams.
