TL;DR

Service Designer: Creating seamless digital experiences for customers and advancing the practice of Service Design, with an accent on uncovering priorities and visualizing outcomes as part of agile teams. Focus on shaping strategic initiatives led by customer and market insights.

Location: Hybrid, at least two days per week at one of our office sites in London.

Salary: £72,702 - £80,780

What you will do

  • Work effectively as part of agile teams to uncover priorities, visualise outcomes, and define scope.
  • Shape strategic initiatives ensuring they are led by colleague, customer and market insight.
  • Attend workshops and discussions with stakeholders to ensure business context, needs and risks are understood.
  • Support the research and documentation of current and future state services.
  • Make good design decisions and bring the user perspective to the forefront.
  • Share knowledge, create ideas, and embed principles of design across a range of product, service, and customer journeys.

Requirements

  • Strong visual design skills to translate ideas into tangible artefacts - from concepts to prototypes.
  • Be highly motivated, proactive, and have a driven approach to achieving goals.
  • Strong relationship building skills and an innovative approach to problem solving.
  • Possess calmness and resilience when under pressure, and the ability to proactively identify new or potential risks.
  • Strong communication skills to communicate ideas, issues, and implications to senior, technical and non - technical audiences.
  • Experience in research and design thinking methods.
