What you will do

• Conduct user research to understand user needs and pain points.
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and experience maps.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate on designs.
• Collaborate with product designers, product managers, and developers.
• Maintain the design system and ensure design consistency.

Requirements

• +5 years of experience in Product design, preferably in a B2B / SaaS environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design principles.
• Experience using Figma.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
