What you will do

• Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring clear communication to executive stakeholders.
• Leverage AI-driven analytics and predictive modeling to generate actionable insights across key sales performance indicators.
• Translate complex business questions into intuitive dashboards and automated reports.
• Lead structured funnel reviews to analyze pipeline health and drive proactive revenue interventions.
• Drive CRM (Salesforce) optimization and automation initiatives, improving data integrity and workflow efficiency.

Requirements

• Degree in Business (administration, economics, finance, or Marketing) preferred.
• Experience of working within a medium to large sized international organization.
• Experience of successfully operating in a matrix environment.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce.com and Tableau required.
• Advanced Excel modeling and PowerPoint skills.
• English fluency to business standard essential.
