What you will do

• Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
• Oversee accounting, treasury, liquidity management, tax, and compliance.
• Build robust financial structures for a hybrid business operating across SaaS and energy markets.
• Establish investor-grade reporting and KPI frameworks for strategic decision-making.
• Serve as a key counterpart for shareholders, financing partners, and external advisors.
• Lead Human Resources and support corporate finance initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience as CFO, Finance Director, or senior finance leader in technology-enabled or energy-related sectors.
• Expertise in financial governance, FP&A, reporting, and cash management.
• Solid understanding of SaaS business models and performance metrics.
• Ability to work within a hybrid environment in Berlin.
• Fluent in English required.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with boards and investors.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with energy markets, electricity retail, trading, or flexibility business models.
• German language skills.
• Exposure to corporate finance or transactions like M&A, due diligence, or exit preparation.
