What you will do

• Build and operate financial planning, forecasting, and reporting systems aligned with company strategy.
• Oversee outsourced accounting and ensure multi-entity financial governance across Switzerland, Germany, and the UK.
• Develop investor-grade financial reports and support fundraising and board communications.
• Manage cash, liquidity, and treasury functions to support growth and capital allocation.
• Integrate finance systems and automate workflows to improve data consistency and reduce manual work.
• Collaborate closely with leadership and commercial teams to align financial and operational data.

Requirements

• CPA or equivalent accounting qualification required.
• 7–10+ years experience in finance roles, including startup or scale-up environments.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting skills with hands-on execution capability.
• Experience managing multi-entity international subsidiaries and outsourced accounting partners.
• Fluent English required; German is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI workflows and financial automation tools.
