What you will do

• Drive comprehensive budget planning for product, technology, and marketing functions.
• Manage end-to-end expense cycles and monitor monthly financial performance.
• Prepare detailed P&L reports with in-depth analysis of cost fluctuations.
• Partner with Controllership to ensure accurate financial reporting during month-end close.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational cost efficiency.
• Provide actionable data-driven insights to support long-term strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
• 7+ years of professional experience in financial planning and accounting.
• Hands-on proficiency with SAP S/4HANA.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and Google Sheets for financial modeling.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a hybrid environment.
