What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for local stakeholders regarding procurement processes.
• Identify and execute cost-saving initiatives across IT, Marketing, and Corporate Services categories.
• Implement new procurement tools and support the shift toward data- and AI-assisted decision making.
• Manage end-to-end RFx processes, negotiations, and contract lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with the global strategic sourcing team to ensure alignment on procurement execution plans.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in category management, vendor management, or indirect procurement.
• Strong background in IT, Tech, and Marketing procurement categories.
• Fluent in English and professional proficiency in German (B2 level required).
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders across Legal, Finance, and Product & Tech teams.
• Proactive and hands-on approach to vendor relationship management.

Nice to have

• Experience with procurement automation and digital transformation projects.
• Previous experience working with AI-enabled procurement solutions.
