What you will do

• Define and lead end-to-end international product launch strategies and life cycle management.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies and omnichannel activation programs.
• Analyze competitive intelligence to identify trends and translate them into actionable initiatives.
• Collaborate with global and regional marketing, sales leadership, and customer experience teams.
• Design patient pathways in partnership with health economics and market development teams.
• Provide sales teams with marketing expertise, clinical data, and competitive training.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales or marketing experience.
• Strong marketing and commercial background in the medical device industry (preferably urology).
• Proven ability to lead and execute complex projects with measurable impact.
• Proficiency in English required.
• Ability to travel internationally approximately 30–50% of the time.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
