What you will do

  • Work closely with the founders to shape and execute core company strategic priorities.
  • Lead and support high-impact cross-functional initiatives from concept to delivery.
  • Own critical operational projects including financial modeling, market analysis, and product launches.
  • Act as a central connector across departments to ensure efficient information flow and decision-making.
  • Develop deep insights through data analysis and structured problem-solving to guide leadership.
  • Monitor company objectives and ensure organizational alignment during the scaling phase.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in strategy, consulting, operations, or business management.
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is required.
  • Strong background in analytically rigorous environments such as consulting or professional services.
  • Excellent structured thinking, problem-solving, and financial modeling capabilities.
  • Proven ability to take ownership of ambiguous problems and drive them to resolution.
  • Excellent communication skills with confidence working alongside senior stakeholders.
