Data Scientist (AI)

Location: Poland, Portugal, or The Netherlands. Fully remote, office-based, or hybrid work is available.

Salary: EUR 2,225–4,550 gross per month, depending on experience, location, and professional growth.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex data science projects, from problem definition and solution design to production deployment.
• Build production-quality Python and PySpark solutions on Databricks for large-scale data processing.
• Develop ML and AI workflows for entity resolution, probabilistic record linkage, semantic similarity, embeddings, and LLM-augmented pipelines.
• Apply DataOps and MLOps practices, including experiment tracking, pipeline orchestration, model monitoring, and reproducible deployment.
• Create reusable tools, libraries, documentation, and technical solution specifications.
• Review code, mentor junior data scientists, lead ML workshops, and collaborate with product, engineering, operations, and data engineering.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on data science experience, including ownership of complex multi-sprint projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or another quantitative field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Advanced Python skills and strong experience with SQL and PySpark, including billion-row datasets.
• Hands-on Databricks experience with Workflows, Delta Lake, and job orchestration.
• Knowledge of machine learning, experimental design, MLOps, Airflow-based orchestration, and reproducible model deployment.
• Familiarity with RAG, LLM applications, vector databases, semantic search, AWS or GCP, and Intermediate+ English.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of knowledge graphs, entity resolution, semantic data modeling, RDF, OWL, or SPARQL.
• Experience with probabilistic record linkage, identity graphs, embedding-based matching, causal inference, A/B testing, or uplift modeling.
• Background in media, ad tech, audience measurement, TV viewership, CTV/OTT, or privacy-constrained identity resolution.
• Familiarity with Nielsen, Comscore, LiveRamp, or The Trade Desk.
